I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Physical Education. I will work closely with you
to understand and meet your exercise goals. Together we will set an exercise plan tailored just for
you that includes cardiovascular and resistance training, core stabilization, balance and
coordination, and flexibility. I also have experience in Post-Rehab for clients with a
sports/orthopedic injury. I will provide you with safe and effective ways to exercise properly
