I provide Boot Camp Workouts that are High Intensity Interval Training. These workouts are held
outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall, weather permitting. My Boot Camp Workouts include
cardiovascular and resistance training, circuit training, sports conditioning, flexibility, and
plyometrics. Boot Camp is a great way to socialize, learn team building skills, get and stay
motivated, be physically challenged, have fun and ACHIEVE RESULTS!
What you need to bring - Workout mat or beach towel, workout gloves, 3-8lb hand weights and

2 Days/Week- $50 *Pricing subject to change
3 Days/Week- $75
Tues &Thurs - Evening classes
Saturday & Sunday - Morning classes

**Other days & times may be available based upon demand
Location - Local recreation facilities in Lower Westchester County, NY and Lower Fairfield County, CT.
**Exact times and locations will be determined once registrations begin and known well in advance.
Workout groups are limited in size so please register in advance to get the sessions you prefer. If you have a group that
