I provide Boot Camp Workouts that are High Intensity Interval Training. These workouts are held
outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall, weather permitting. My Boot Camp Workouts include
cardiovascular and resistance training, circuit training, sports conditioning, flexibility, coordination
and plyometrics. Boot Camp is a great way to socialize, learn team building skills, get and stay
motivated, be physically challenged, have fun and ACHIEVE RESULTS!
